Select Menu Builder Class is a server-Side VBScript Class that has methods to build a menu from a database. This is a server-Side VBScript Class that has methods to build a menu from a database, a file, manually or a combination of the three.

Properties:

.ElementID - The name/id of the select element (default is "selMenu1") .SelectedValue - The value of the option to show as selected (default is none) .DefaultText - The text displayed for the default option (default is "- Please Select -") .MenuSize - The size of the select menu (default is "1") .ClassName - Name of a CSS class to apply to the menu (default is none)** .Style - CSS style to apply to the menu (default is none)** .DisplayDefault - Boolean whether to display the default option (default is True) .MultipleSelect - Boolean whether the menu is multiple select (default is False) .Disabled - Boolean whether the menu is disabled (default is False) Methods:

.BuildMenuFromFile - Builds menu from a file. (Arguments: Path to file) .BuildMenuFromDB - Builds menu from DB query. (Arguments: Connection Object, SQL Query) .AddOption - Adds an option to menu. (Arguments: Option Value, Option Display Text) .AddEvent - Adds an event to the menu. (Arguments: Event, Event Action) .CreateMenu - Outputs menu to browser (Arguments: None) .ReturnMenu - Returns a string representation of the menu (Arguments: None)
